RiverLands creates a public/private regional partnership in our Southwest Wisconsin, Northwestern Illinios, and Northeastern Iowa region focusing on building our regional economy and on job and wealth creation across three Economic Development Districts and fourteen counties. These counties include: Clayton, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson and Jones in Iowa. Carroll, Joe Daviess and Stephenson in Illinos. Crawford, Grant, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, and Richland in Wisconsin.

The RiverLands Partnerships for Economic Advantage is an initiative to assemble critical mass and build a new future for this place where we choose to live, work, and play. Through the RiverLands Partnerships for Economic Advantage, we will work together to:

• Craft a regtional strategy
• Build robust regional governance - a regional roundtable to guide us in implementing our regtional strategy and to lead us in thinking and acting as a region
• Deliberately pursue and invest in innovation
• Create an entrepreneural climate and grow entrepreneurs
